We target community adjacent employment opportunities – by placing resources in or close to where they live. As a result the community benefits from additional revenue being earned and spent within that community.
Our online database pre-screens potential applicants via online literacy and numeracy testing. If they pass the tests and upload the necessary documentation, they are considered as pre-vetted. We then, using GPS co-ordinates, map the potential employee on a live map.
We offer SETA accredited learnerships to those who have not had the privilege to obtain a matriculation certificate or tertiary education – which often prevents them from gaining employment
We also offer existing employees SETA accredited training via our Provantage UP! Academy which helps our employees upskill themselves and provide opportunities to grow their career
